As we welcome the dawn of the 2026 business year, we do so with a deep sense of appreciation, pride and renewed commitment to the members of the Consolidated Employers Organisations.
The year 2025 was both demanding and defining. In an increasingly complex labour relations environment, our collective resolve was tested daily. Through it all, your Organisation remained steadfast in its mandate to protect, support and advance the interests of its members. During the past year alone, we successfully attended to and managed in excess of 8,000 CCMA and Bargaining Council matters, while travelling over 500,000 kilometres across the country in service of our members. These figures are more than statistics; they are a tangible reflection of our commitment, accessibility and hands-on approach to labour relations support.
As we move into 2026, we do so with confidence and purpose. We remain committed to delivering practical, principled and proactive labour relations solutions, underpinned by experience, strategic insight and an unwavering focus on fairness and compliance. The challenges facing employers are not diminishing, but neither is our resolve to stand alongside you as a trusted partner in navigating them.
We invite all members to remain engaged with us throughout the year by visiting both our main website and the CEO Academy website, where you will find up-to-date news, insights, legislative developments and information on upcoming training programmes and events. We also encourage you to follow and engage with us across our various social media platforms to stay informed and connected.
We also encourage members to actively engage with us within the specific Bargaining Councils in which the Consolidated Employers Organisations participate. Our involvement at Bargaining Council level allows us to represent employer interests, contribute to collective decision-making, and influence outcomes that directly affect your industries. Meaningful engagement from our members strengthens our collective voice and ensures that employer perspectives remain robust, informed and well represented.
Thank you for your continued trust and support. We look forward to strengthening our partnership with you in 2026 and to continuing our shared pursuit of sound, sustainable and equitable labour relations.
We wish you a successful, productive and prosperous business year ahead.
