CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES:

Dispute Resolution Official – George

Consolidated employer’s Organisation requires the services of a vibrant and dynamic dispute resolution official/legal advisor to represent our members at the CCMA and/or Bargaining Councils in the George area, therefore the applicant must be conversant with all CCMA and Bargaining Council processes. Applicants must be fluent in Afrikaans and English (both verbal and written) and have a thorough theoretical and practical understanding knowledge of the South African Labour laws.

Requirements: Legal Qualification (degree) – LLB/BCom; Preferably admitted as an attorney; Must have at least 2 years practical experience in conciliation, arbitration and litigation. (Experience obtained during article will be considered); Good working knowledge of labour legislation and in particular the LRA, BCEA and EEA; Good verbal and written communication skills; Negotiating skills; Must have a valid drivers license and roadworthy vehicle.

Consolidated Employer’s Organisation requires the services of a vibrant and dynamic dispute resolution official/legal advisor to represent its members at the CCMA and/or Bargaining Councils in the Northern Cape and surrounding areas (based in Kimberley), therefore the applicant must be conversant with all CCMA and Bargaining Council processes. Applicants must be fluent in Afrikaans and English (both verbal and written) and have a thorough theoretical and practical understanding knowledge of the South African Labour laws.

Requirements: Legal Qualification (degree) – LLB/B.Com LLB; Preferably admitted as an attorney; It would be advantageous if the candidate has at least two (2) years practical experience in conciliation, arbitration and/or litigation proceedings. (Experience obtained as a candidate attorney will be considered); Good working knowledge of labour legislation and in particular the LRA, BCEA and EEA; Good verbal and written communication skills; Negotiating skills; Must have a valid drivers license, laptop and roadworthy vehicle.

The candidate will need to be able to work in a team, as well as independently, as they will be working with local colleagues and report to the regional offices situated in Bloemfontein.
