As Executive Director of the Consolidated Employers Organisation, I help steer our team of committed and skilled professionals toward achieving the vision and mission of CEO – that is, to be the voice of employers in a challenging and technical labour environment. I am an admitted attorney and I have been specialising in labour law for nearly 15 years.
During my career in this field, I have chaired disciplinary hearings and attended to many dispute resolution processes across the various labour forums. My more recent work with CEO, first as National Manager and now as Executive Director, has helped me hone my organisational management skills. Through my contribution, the organisation has become a significant party on numerous bargaining councils with a substantial membership base of small, medium and large employers.
I firmly believe that hard work, dedication and commitment are the ingredients for a successful career and I consistently recommit myself to living those values and to nurturing a culture of consistently adding value to colleagues, members and business partners.
