Consolidated Employers Organisation

The Consolidated Employers Organisation (CEO) is a nationally registered employers’ organisation, established in 1998, that represents and supports employers in labour relations matters across South Africa.

The organisation provides professional representation in labour dispute forums, including the CCMA and Bargaining Councils, participates in collective and sectoral bargaining across multiple industries, and offers labour law guidance, compliance support, and practical training to employers.

CEO maintains a national operational footprint and serves a growing membership of nearly 20,000 employers, comprising private and public entities ranging from small, medium and micro-enterprises (SMMEs) to large organisations.

Through its experience and national presence, CEO contributes to lawful, fair, and sustainable employment practices while advancing employer interests within South Africa’s labour relations framework.
