Consolidated employer’s Organisation requires the services of a vibrant and dynamic dispute resolution official/legal advisor to represent our members at the CCMA and/or Bargaining Councils in the Bloemfontein area, therefore the applicant must be conversant with all CCMA and Bargaining Council processes. Applicants must be fluent in Afrikaans and English (both verbal and written) and have a thorough theoretical and practical understanding knowledge of the South African Labour laws.

Requirements: Legal Qualification (degree) – LLB/BCom; Preferably admitted as an attorney; Must have at least 2 years practical experience in conciliation, arbitration and litigation. (Experience obtained during article will be considered); Good working knowledge of labour legislation and in particular the LRA, BCEA and EEA; Good verbal and written communication skills; Negotiating skills; Must have a valid drivers license and roadworthy vehicle.
