Zwelakhe Thwala joined the Consolidated Employers Organisation as a Dispute Resolution Official in pursuit of being immersed in an environment that is fully committed to rendering expert labour law services to its members.
During his tenure as a Dispute Resolution Official, Zwelakhe Thwala has assisted various CEO members in successfully navigating through complex disputes at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils. He embodies the CEO’s mission by ensuring that all CEO members receive excellent professional services and keeping abreast of all labour relations developments.
This resulted in him climbing the ranks and being promoted to the role of Senior Dispute Resolution Official, in which he now oversees more complex disputes, legal research, training, and the development of CEO’s legal assistance and official. This is certainly a role in which he is very excited, as he will continue to contribute to CEO’s development and mission.
