Wesley began his journey with CEO as a dispute resolution official in 2018 in the Bloemfontein office. During his time at the company, he has amassed a wealth of knowledge in the labour law sphere, having dealt with a multitude of matters, ranging from the frequently occurring dismissals and unfair labour practices, but also including complex demarcations and so forth.
Wesley has not only shown expertise as an arbitrator, but also as an excellent negotiator over his tenure at CEO.
He was appointed as the Provincial Manager for the Free State and Northern Cape in 2021 and has since helped to take the region from strength to strength.
Wesley now ensures that the members of his region are represented at the CCMA and various bargaining councils by his fine team, with officials in Bloemfontein, Kimberley, Bethlehem and Kuruman.
