Arlene is an expert in labour law with almost five years of experience. She started working for CEO in 2018 as a Dispute Resolution Official in the Bloemfontein office. She possesses a deep understanding of various aspects of the labour field and has a proven track record of delivering results. Arlene’s knowledge of labour law enables her to provide practical, yet innovative solutions to CEO’s members’ CCMA and Bargaining Council matters. Arlene has successfully argued and overseen the resolution of complex labour law disputes.
